Recently there has been a growing trend for Business Coaching / Mentoring for small to medium businesses. Coaching is designed to maximise potential in an ever-changing market place and enables expertise to be available to business owners at extremely affordable rates. It also identifies that YOU the owner, or your management team know exactly what needs to be done in your industry, but sometimes we all get all little off track and need to be revitalised or re-focused by a supporter or friend.
I have a passion for growing businesses and have experience achieving exceptional results.
So what do I do? I can see the forest for the trees when you can't. I will help you focus on the game, make you run more laps than you feel like, tell it like it is, give you small pointers, listen, be your marketing manager, your sales director, your training manager, your business partner, your mentor and your teacher. By working one on one with you, your team and business will achieve the goals that you aspire to.
