Services

Our Clients

Our clients are owners of small to midsize companies, sole traders or partnerships. They operate in competitive and sometimes challenging environments. They're passionate about their businesses and take pride in what they do. They offer others an opportunity to join their journey through work, or finance or just plain experience. Our clients manage their businesses in a full-time capacity and expect on-going rewards of personal income, job satisfaction, personal growth and a share in annual profits.

What We Do

In a nutshell, we help our clients achieve a competitive advantage, think outside the square, help them achieve desired results/goals, make their companies more valuable, help protect their investment, and when they decide, we can help them with selling their business.

How We Work

Every relationship with a business coach is different but the following points outline what you can expect when working with us.

  • Your business coach needs to understand how your business currently works. Over one or two sessions, we will discuss your sales, marketing, people, administration, finance, growth potential and systems. Following these sessions, we will have a look at the areas of the business that need the most immediate attention.
  • Your business coach will meet with you on a regular agreed (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) basis. During these sessions, we will focus on what needs to be done to improve particular issues in the business. We will also discuss the resources required to rectify that issue and create a list of items to be actioned within a specific time frame and in a sensible order. Your business coach will be included as a resource available to your business.
  • As well as addressing pressing issues, we will focus on your personal goals and consider the future of the enterprise. Yourbusiness coach will ensure that you keep your eye on the bigger picture.
  • Your coach will become a resource available to your business. They will use their skills and get directly involved in your business. It is important that you and your coach communicate regularly in order to get the results you want as soon as possible.
  • We can assist with team training where necessary. Your business coach is experienced in managing teams and will be able to assist you to manage the challenges that staff will present you with as your business grows.
  • Your business coach will be able to assist you to make more positive decisions. Having someone who understands your position and understands the pressure you're under can be important when a critical decision needs to be made. Your business coach becomes your partner (in theory) with less emotional attachment than you.

With each project engagement we have resources with the skills and experiences required to help deliver success. These include advisors with experience in business sales, mergers, acquisitions, offshore negotiations, public listings, capital raising, bank relationships, borrowing, as well as accountants, lawyers and underwriters.

To succeed, we ensure that our work is fact-based, structured and driven with clear objectives. We look at each business individually and focus on the results required by the decision makers and stakeholders. We pursue tested solutions as well as creative ideas that enhance results in the available time frame.

Our clients may have results that see them sell the business, franchise, double the client base, increase turnover or profit, even execute an exit strategy.
